FORPG Members are now able to get an additional 10% of risk management credits if you do not already have them.   We have found many of our participating members are yet to take advantage of these additional credits.   The 10% credit is available by choosing 2 out of 3 options for your practice below.  Each is worth 5% on their own but because they are applied multiplicatively and you are only allowed to choose 2 out of the 3 you end up with an additional 10% if you complete both.

Please note that you will not see these credits to your premiums until your policy renewal, which for many of you will be coming up at year’s end.

Your three risk management options are:

#1 Self-Assessment

Complete a Patient Safety Self Assessment form, have a physician in the practice review it and submit back completed and reviewed.
